The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has developed the Advisory 10-Percent Depth Grid to approximate the depth of the Advisory 10-Percent Annual-Chance Flood event in Puerto Rico. Use of data is to provide the FEMA with guidance to disseminate to communities rebuilding after Hurricane Maria. The advisory depths do not include freeboard and/or any additional safety factor to account for potential future increases of the coastal flood hazard due to sea level rise.
